SECONDARY LITERACY: Purposeful Feedback Throughout the Writing Process
Class Description & Purpose:
Participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies and tools to provide meaningful feedback to students throughout the process of writing in the secondary classroom in all content areas.
- Explore feedback tools that help move the learner forward
- “Writers Need Feedback Not Evaluation”
- Create a manageable and efficient system of feedback for the writing process within your classroom
Refine a unit or create an implementation plan for a recursive feedback process in your classroom.
Refined - Practices/strategies at a deeper level of implementation. These classes may offer a new way of thinking and inspiration to implement practices and strategies to refine teaching and learning.
