Class Description & Purpose:

Provide participants with strategies for differentiated instruction in the classroom in order to create a learning environment in which all students can be successful and challenged.

Outcomes:
  • Review the various components of differentiation and identify those strategies/techniques that would be most beneficial in upgrading your unit.
  • Analyze how other educators have upgraded their units through differentiation of content, process, or product.
Takeaway(s):

Create an action plan that shows how they will utilize data to improve differentiation in their classroom.    

Class Level:  

Refined - Practices/strategies at a deeper level of implementation. These classes may offer a new way of thinking and inspiration to implement practices and strategies to refine teaching and learning.
