Class Description & Purpose:

In this class, participants will examine the differences between transdisciplinary, interdisciplinary, & multidisciplinary unit planning.  They will determine possible areas or units for this kind of unit plan, and then begin the process of creating a trandisciplinary, interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary unit plan. Participants are encouraged to come as teams or departments.

Outcomes:
  • Compare different types of multiple discipline unit planning.
  • Evaluate areas to incorporate multiple disciplines in your unit planning.
Takeaway(s):

Begin construction of a transdisciplinary, interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary unit.
